  1. Этапы проведения работ по ремонту холлов, количество и материалы (см. приложение №1. Ведомость объемов работ).
  2. Место и срок выполнения работ: Кыргызская Республика г. Бишкек, ул. Киевская, 44. Срок выполнения работ: 45 рабочих дней с момента подписания Контракта.
  3. Особые условия контракта:
  4. Способ расчетов: 100% оплата после приемки выполненных работ.
  5. Гарантийное обеспечение исполнения контракта (ГОИК) – 5% от суммы контракта.
  6. Гарантийный срок на выполнение работ: 60 месяцев (5 лет).
